Planning has always been my calling. I was planning family celebrations before I was old enough to drive, learning early that the right details, handled with care, turn an ordinary day into something extraordinary. That same instinct has guided me for 14 years.

Today I bring that same obsessive attention to detail to every wedding and event I take on, making every vendor call, reviewing every contract, managing every moving piece, so that when your day arrives, your only job is to be completely present for it.

The moment you know you want your celebration handled the right way, that's the moment to reach out. Our calendar fills quickly, especially during peak wedding season, and the last thing we want is for your date to already be taken when you call.

As for when the planning actually begins, that depends on your package. White Glove Planning kicks off 12-24 months before your event, Partial Planning begins 6-12 months out, and Wedding Coordination starts 1 month before your special day.

A wedding coordinator steps in during the final stretch, typically one month before your event, to manage the logistics of a plan you've already built. Think of them as the person who makes sure everything you've organized actually happens on the day.

A wedding planner is involved from the very beginning, helping you build the vision, select vendors, manage the budget, and guide every decision along the way. Our packages cover both ends of the spectrum, from day-of coordination all the way to complete done-for-you planning.

Completely your choice. If you already have vendors in mind, I'll work with them. If you'd like recommendations, I'm happy to share names I trust. I don't believe in locking clients into preferred vendor contracts, because my job is to serve you, not the other way around.

Failing to plan is planning to fail. Thorough preparation is the best defense against day-of surprises, and I plan for every scenario well in advance. If something unexpected does arise, I handle it quietly and quickly, without ever pulling you away from your celebration. My job is to protect your experience no matter what, and I take that responsibility seriously.

Communication is built into every package based on what you need. Wedding Coordination and Partial Planning include dedicated meeting times and unlimited email throughout your planning period. White Glove Planning includes unlimited meetings and direct access to me whenever you need it, because when you've trusted someone with everything, you should be able to reach them anytime.

A venue coordinator works for the venue, and their job is to manage the venue's staff, the catering team, and the space itself. They're a valuable resource, though their loyalty is to the venue, not to you.

I work exclusively for you. I advocate for your vision in every vendor conversation, manage every detail across all vendors, not just the ones connected to the venue, and I'm with you from the very first planning conversation all the way through the final farewell. Having both is ideal. Having only a venue coordinator means large parts of your day are left unmanaged.

Yes, I travel wherever your celebration takes us. Planning services within 50 miles of Charleston, SC are always complimentary. For events beyond that radius, individual travel fees apply and are quoted upon inquiry.

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date. Every situation is different, so I handle payment schedules on a case-by-case basis. Reach out and we'll find an arrangement that works for you.
